We’re Honest Coffees, and it’s our mission to source the best Fairtrade coffee in the world and deliver it to our clients in a way that’s smooth, seamless and delightful. All our coffee is sourced ethically, roasted locally and priced fairly, so both our suppliers and clients get a fair deal. And the coffee is really really good. We can charge a fair price for our coffees (typically 40% less than the other guys for equivalent top-quality beans), because we don’t spend a tonne on marketing or other overheads.
It’s not easy to find coffee that’s both ethically sourced and tastes amazing, but it can be done, and it’s how we spend our days. All our Fairtrade coffees are rated ‘specialty’ or higher by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (the SCAA).
But we’re also keen to know where the stuff we buy comes from and that the folks behind it got a fair deal. Fairtrade coffee means our growers get a set minimum price on top of a Fairtrade premium, and this helps them invest in their—and their farms’—futures. Knowing this about the things we buy—whether wine, chocolate, chorizo, or, yes, coffee—makes it all taste just a bit sweeter. We also lease and sell really nice bean to cup commerical coffee machines. We also do this for less than the other guys.

ABOUT
We deliver deliciously nutritious, handmade meals to bring people together. All our food is freshly prepared from scratch each morning using the finest seasonal ingredients from local suppliers. Our menu changes weekly and we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner for both large and small groups, on either a regular or ad hoc basis.
